The American Educational 2375 fluorescent minerals short and long wave collection is used for geological study, and has 15 fluorescent mineral specimens for observing their response when exposed to a range of ultraviolet rays. The 2375 has a compartmented tray for display and storage, with specimens that measure approximately 1-1/2 x 1-1/2 inches (L x W). (L is the horizontal distance from left to right; W is the horizontal distance from front to back.) Specimens in this collection may vary, based on availability at the time the product is packaged. The collection is suitable for grades 6 to 12 and ages 11 to 18.
