The Adam Equipment CBD counting scale with auxiliary scale provides precision weighing and counting results, and connects to an external platform (remote scale) with up to four load cells for applications that require more than one scale setting or a larger capacity. The stainless steel, 275 x 225mm (W x D) pan is corrosion resistant, and can be easily removed from the base for quick clean-up. The scale can be operated using AC power or the built-in rechargeable battery, for up to 90 hours, offering full mobility in the field and when a power supply is hard to find. The auto off function can be enabled to power off the scale automatically after periods of inactivity to conserve power. The scale has an automatic external calibration function to ensure repeatable measurements. The integrated RS-232 port connects to a printer or PC for manual or automatic external recording of data.

The scale weighs in kilograms and pounds and has backlit liquid crystal screen that clearly displays weight, unit weight, and piece count. The scale performs weighing, parts-counting, check-counting, and remote-operation tasks. Weight and tare data for up to 100 different products can be programmed into the scale and recalled during routine weighing and counting tasks. During parts-counting or check-weighing tasks, an indicator on the screen and an optional audible alarm notify the user if a load is below, above, or at the pre-set target.
