Acetal Dowel pins have a smooth finish and flat ends, these plastic pins are nonmarring and have low moisture absorption. Dia. tolerance is + or -0.005. Pins are resistant to gas, oil, and other neutral chemicals. Max. temperature is 220 Degreess F. Rockwell hardness is M80. Dowel pins are simple headless cylinders that are commonly used as joining and locating devices, pivots, hinges, shafts, jigs, and fixtures in machine tool fabrication.
