The Accuform Signs TSS101PTP danger tag is made of 15 mil rigid plastic (RP-Plastic) for water and chemical resistance, is red with black text for high visibility when hung on a scaffold, and the front reads, "Danger - Do Not Use This Scaffold - Keep Off" followed by blank lined areas labeled "Date," "Competent Person Signature," and "Comments." Further text on the front of the tag reads, "This scaffold is being erected, taken down or has been found defective. Do Not Alter" to help describe the purpose of the tag. This tag can be used to help keep workers off of an unsafe scaffold. It includes a 3/8" diameter hole for fastening and a reinforced metal grommet for longer wear. The tag measures 5-3/4 x 3-1/4 inches (H x W). (H is height, the vertical distance from lowest to highest point; W is width, the horizontal distance from left to right.)
