The 3M™ Littmann® Snap Tight Soft-Sealing Eartips use a patented design and latex-free silicone material to create a comfortable solution that keeps Littmann stethoscopes firmly and comfortably in place during use. The shape and composition of the eartips conform well to the ear canal to create an effective acoustic seal that helps block unwanted sounds from impeding auscultation. Soft-Sealing Eartips are available in large and small sizes as well as a special firm version that holds its shape for those with narrow ear canals. Available in standard black, gray, or light brown color to compliment various color combinations.
