3M™ Double Stick Discs are precut, individual tabbed discs with pressure sensitive adhesive on both sides that hold the Littmann® stethoscope chestpiece to the skin and free the user for other tasks without the need to reposition the stethoscope. The disk is an ideal assistive accessory for a variety of treatment scenarios, such as surgery and emergency care situations, where quick access to monitoring body sounds and/or multi-tasking are necessary. The adhesive disks are tabbed to allow quick removal from the liner sheet, remain in place until no longer needed, and leave no residue after removal. These disks are made with a strong, pressure sensitive, hypoallergenic adhesive for reliable holding power and minimal risk of allergic reaction. Discs are packaged with three disks per liner sheet, 102 disks per box, and a total of 612 disks per case.
